This Dutch door is pretty handy when you want to have a breeze and fresh air in a room but need to have the door closed.  Simply close the bottom half.  If you want the door all the way closed close the top part and latch it. Most doors can be made into a Dutch door…or I can make one from scratch.  This door was a modified door.  Your door will be more or less depending on style and finish and if it is exterior or interior door.
